Flossing is one of the easiest, quickest ways to remove bad bacteria from your body. Plaque and bacteria are constantly building up in your mouth where brushing only can not reach. If plaque accumulates, it eats away the bone that supports your teeth. Oral bacteria can inter your bloodstream. Studies show that such harmfull bacteria could exaberate diabetes, hypertension, heart desease and even lead to premature births.
